1. Introduction & Acceptance

By downloading or using NexaVPN (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Ample Soft ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

NexaVPN is a VPN application that encrypts your internet connection through secure servers. It is available as a free tier (with advertisements and limited time) and as a premium subscription. The service currently offers three server locations: New York, San Francisco, and Richmond.

3. Free Tier Terms

  • New users receive a one-time 45-minute VPN time gift at first launch (lifetime, non-resetting).
  • Additional free time can be earned by watching rewarded video advertisements (+30 minutes per ad).
  • When free time is exhausted, a subscription is required to continue using the VPN.
  • The free tier includes Google AdMob advertisements.

4. Subscription Terms

  • Plans: Weekly ($6.99/week), Monthly ($11.99/month), and Yearly ($57.99/year).
  • All subscriptions are processed and managed by Google Play Billing.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • To cancel: Google Play → Subscriptions → NexaVPN → Cancel.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
  • A subscription provides unlimited VPN time and removes all advertisements.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use NexaVPN for: illegal activities; circumventing applicable laws; distributing malware; gaining unauthorized access to systems; violating the rights of third parties; or any activity prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

6. No Logs Policy

Ample Soft does not log, monitor, or store your VPN traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or the content of your communications.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Servers may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. No refunds are provided for downtime.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ample Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (State of Delaware). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. International Users

You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Use of a VPN may be subject to local regulations in some countries.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified within the App.
