  1. Introduction & Acceptance By downloading or using NexaVPN (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Ample Soft ("we," "us," or "our"). 2. Description of Service NexaVPN is a VPN application that encrypts your internet connection through secure servers. It is available as a free tier (with advertisements and limited time) and as a premium subscription. The service currently offers three server locations: New York, San Francisco, and Richmond. 3. Free Tier Terms New users receive a one-time 45-minute VPN time gift at first launch (lifetime, non-resetting).
