Data Deletion Request

  • To request deletion of your data stored by NexaVPN, email adiqau1@gmail.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  • Include: your device model, the approximate date of first use, and your anonymous user ID if known.
  • We will process your request within 30 days.
  • Note: deleting your data will reset your VPN time balance and subscription status.
