Terms of Service

1. Introduction & acceptance

By downloading or using Auto Chat Translator & Reply (the "App", also called "Auto Chat"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Ample Soft ("we", "us" or "our"). Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of these Terms.

2. The service

The App is a companion for WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. With your permission it reads their notifications on your phone to translate messages, send automatic replies you configure, remind you of messages awaiting a reply, send replies you write, schedule messages, and analyze chats you export. It also offers a text translator. The App is free and supported by advertising.

3. Not affiliated with WhatsApp

The App is an independent product. It is not made by, affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe what the App works with.

4. Your responsibilities

•     You are responsible for every message sent from your WhatsApp account, including automatic replies and scheduled messages you set up in the App.

•     You must follow WhatsApp's own Terms of Service when using the App. WhatsApp may restrict accounts that send automated or bulk messages. Do not use the App to send spam, unsolicited messages or bulk messaging, and use automatic replies with care.

•     You must not use the App for anything unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others.

•     You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App except as the law allows.

5. Translations

Translations are produced automatically on your phone and can be inaccurate, especially for short, informal or mixed-language messages. They are provided for convenience only. Always check the original before relying on a translation, and do not rely on the App for medical, legal, financial or other important communication.

To translate, the App downloads language packs from Google. The pack for the language you read in is downloaded automatically over Wi-Fi only; you can delete any language pack in the App's translation settings.

6. Advertising

The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for products or services they offer. Your choices about ad personalisation are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Updates

We may release updates to fix problems, improve the App or keep it working with WhatsApp and Android. The App may offer these through Google Play. Some updates may be required: if a version is no longer supported, the App may ask you to update before you can continue using it.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on WhatsApp, Google Play, Google Play services, Google ML Kit, Firebase and AdMob. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control, and a change on their side may stop part of the App from working.

9. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms. All rights in the App not expressly granted remain ours.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of translations, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that any message, automatic reply or scheduled message will be delivered.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ample Soft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, messages, accounts or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any action WhatsApp takes against your account. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date; continuing to use the App after that means you accept the changes.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Description of Service Nyvex VPN is a VPN application that encrypts your internet connection through secure servers. It is available as a free tier (with advertisements and limited time) and as a premium subscription. The service currently offers three server locations: New York, San Francisco, and Richmond. 3.
